Overnight delivery is +$400
a signed contract is required to reserve a date.
final or full Payment for your session is due the day we shoot or before.
You can pay with a check, cash, or your credit card.

NOTE: MAY-AUGUST will book completely solid for sunset, and tend to book up quickly.
I cannot reserve a date without a signed contract.
Sunrise is also a great option for earlier risers, very very little ones, and late bookings.

OTHER upgrades & offers
Have an extra large group? With the Extended Session we can add on time in 10 minute increments for $100.
It is highly recommended to add 10 minutes per each family unit when your group total exceeds 15 people.
Each 10 minute addition will add 5 images to your minimum image count.
Standard & Extended Sessions: if you want your full gallery within 5 days, let me know, and add $150 to your total.
(otherwise, full gallery delivered in approximately 30 days, and all galleries edited in the order I shoot)
If you’d like to add event coverage to a family session, it’s at a discounted rate of $550/hr.
Great addition for those beach bonfires!
(approximately 30 photos/hour)
Event coverage not attached to a session is $650/hr, with a 2 hour minimum.
(note: depending on number of hours, expedited delivery might not be possible)
Senior sessions are shot as regular family sessions ($950, and are for 1 senior).
Family can join for 10 minutes (standard add-ons apply for more than 5 people or when adding on other upgrades).
Individual professional sessions are for a single human, and are $750.
They are approximately 30 minutes long, and come with a minimum of 35 images.
You can upgrade your session for more time ($300), or choose a standard family session.
If you’d like to add an individual session to a family session, they are $650 ($100 discount).
Add-on individual sessions must be shot within 7 days of your regular, upgraded, or film session.
(or at first available date if I am already fully booked during the 7 day window)
Milestone package- 3 standard sessions within 1 calendar year: $2500 - $50/person after 5
Package session is for standard sessions, but you can move to an upgraded and/or film session for the cost difference.
These can be used for any type of session, other than birth photography.
Birth coverage is $1800.

are considered travel sessions (details below)
Almost all Standard Sessions are shot in the 45 minutes of light leading up to sunset (weather permitting).
Upgraded sessions will start 65 minutes before sunset (weather permitting).
If you add on time, you guessed it, we will start earlier, based on your final time selection.
When calculating our start time, we will also factor in drive times when Upgraded Sessions involve 2 locations.
Not all Upgraded Sessions have to include two locations, you can of course just utilize the extra time.
Upgraded session that include 2 locations - the drive time will not cut into your shooting time.
Film sessions start earlier and last a little longer in general, to accommodate the need of brighter light for film stock, and will vary by location.
Most sessions are shot in state or city parks, and some require small entry fees, generally per vehicle.
This fee is totally worth it, since there are normally less people, buildings, and distractions... plus they’re beautiful and well-kempt.
It's also a blast to shoot in some of the amazing little towns, like Rosemary Beach, Seaside, or Watercolor in Florida,
and Old Town Alexandria, Georgetown, or Logan Square in the DC area.

When is it a good idea to bump up to the Upgraded Session, as it pertains to location?
If you want to take advantage of more settings, and split your session between two locations that require driving.
Upgrading your session is a great way to take what could be two different photoshoots, and combine it into one.

travel sessions

Additional (applicable) travel fees apply, such as flights, car rental, train tickets, and accommodations.
For shoots in metropolitan areas:
Normal session times do not apply, as light is very different in most metropolitan areas.
We also need to accommodate location changes, and/or working around other people.
how to book
I'm so excited you want to book! Here is the info on how to do that!
If you haven't already, email me your date range, with your first and second preferred shoot dates, so I can make sure I can accommodate your session.
(or as soon as possible if you've requested this information before having a date in mind.)
If you’re vacationing, try to pick one of your first nights.
If I'm traveling to you, I will need one full day with similar weather to scout, and we will shoot on the second day.
We will need backup options because weather is so unpredictable.. and hey- stuff comes up and we’re both super understanding, of course!
Please let me know of any other scheduled events that cannot be moved.
Getting on the calendar requires a signed contract, where you give a credit card number.
By doing this, you understand that if you cancel there is a 40% (+ 3.54% processing) non-refundable booking fee that will be charged to your card, or not returned if you pay in advance.
If you do not want this potential fee to be charged to your card, you can mail a check (less the 3.54% processing fee) once you sign your contract.
Payment for session is due the day we shoot or before. You can pay with a check, cash, or your credit card (+3.54% processing).
To avoid credit card fees you can bring a check or cash to your session. Otherwise, you can pay with the card you put on your contract.
Want your pictures in 5 days or less? Let me know, and ask to have your session expedited for an additional $150.
NOTE: dates cannot be reserved without a signed contract.
Receiving multiple inquires for similar dates is very common, and it is DGP policy that the date goes to the first signed contract.
tips & answers to Frequently asked questions
A detailed style guide is emailed once you become a DGP client.
This includes how to best prepare for your session, as well as outfit and coordination recommendations.
If you are vacationing, we always try to shoot as close to your arrival date as possible, mostly because of sunburns.
Speaking of, WEAR SUNSCREEN. Put hats & sunglasses on the kids (and dad too), and have shade to rest in.
Yes, I can photoshop it out, for $35/image. I promise you will like your photos more if you’re not sunburnt.
Weather is unpredictable, but nothing to stress about, as we adjust accordingly.
If there is rain forecasted during our shoot window, we first adjust our shoot window.
We are in close communication, and I have been dancing around the weather for years!
Also- thunderstorms often make for the most epic sunsets!
TAXES & TANGIBLES (PRINTS)
You may have noticed that none of my collections include tax!
This is because my business is registered in Florida, where photography is considered a service- and in the Sunshine State that means no sales tax.
If I were to include a tangible item - even a USB drive - your entire session is required to be taxed.
For this reason, my galleries are digital, and attached to a professional printer, where you're ordering directly from them for prints.
(They ship directly to you!)
If you would like to include a custom, heirloom album, I charge hourly for design work,
and then add on the cost of the album. Average investment is $1500.
Prints (through your gallery):
4x6 - $2.50
5x7 - $3.50
8x10 - $8.00
11x14 - $12.50
16x20 - $35
(more sizes are available, these are the most common sizes ordered)
Canvases (through your gallery):
16x24 - $200
20x30 - $275
24x36 - $350
Photo cards, set of 25 (through your gallery, blank inside):
5x7 folded - $85
5x7 flat - $65
Larger print products or other items are ordered through DGP for quality control, and quotes are custom.
I do not offer ANY troubleshooting for prints ordered outside of your gallery/my professional lab.
The fine print
If you choose to pay with a credit card, there is a 3.5% + $0.15 (~3.54%) processing fee.
Because I reserve a date for your session, and decline other sessions once you’ve booked, by booking a session with DGP you are agreeing to the 40% booking fee.
In your contract you will provide your credit card information for your booking fee.
If you cancel your session your card will be charged the 40% + 3.54% processing fee.
This fee is non-refundable, and will be charged to your card if you cancel your session (or, if you pay in advance, your refund will be less the 40%).
I only run your card for the booking fee if you cancel/change your session window, as to allow you the opportunity to pay in full at your session with check or cash, to avoid the processing fee.
Booking fees can be applied to a future session within 1 calendar year from original date, plus a $200 rescheduling fee.
You can pay with your credit card for your session as well, just let me know at your shoot.
If you are late to your session time, DGP is not responsible to produce a full gallery of images.
You do have the option to reschedule, if DGP can accommodate you, for a $200 fee.
If you are moving your date because of a positive covid case, the rescheduling fee is waived, just send over proof of the positive test.
In the unlikely event DGP cannot accommodate rescheduling, you can choose between shooting what we can, or canceling & paying the 40% booking fee.
Yes, you are allowed to download and print your images where you like.
However, the images you receive are professionally calibrated to high-end printers,
and will be greatly reduced in quality by ordering outside of your gallery (from printers such as CVS, Walmart, Shutterfly, & Target).
Part of what you get by booking with DGP is access to a pro lab, so take advantage of it!
If you print outside of the DGP gallery, your images could print pixelated or blurry, and it’s common with low-quality printers that colors bleed into each other.
DGP is not responsible for the quality or outcome of any products ordered outside of your gallery, and does not provide support for these purchases.
Your session includes basic editing and basic enhancements only.
Any additional editing/airbrushing you request, such as sunburn reduction, hair adjustments, etc.., is billed at $35 per image, and must be paid for in advance.
You are not allowed to edit or alter your images in any way, including 'filters' or your own airbrushing (this is due to US IP laws, feel free to ask for details).
Even though your gallery will be up for 10 years, DGP galleries are stored by another company, and you still need to download your images
(I recommend to two hard drives or storage devices).
DGP is not responsible for storing your images, and cannot promise to have them on file/stored for more than 1 year.
If you fail to download and properly store your images there is a $750 fee to re-upload after your 10 year window.
DGP will use the images from your session for any and all marketing material, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon between client and DGP via email.
